After all they are 80-90 years old.- Most patterns from the 1930s and 40s (and some from the 50s) have no sewing marks on the pattern pieces. Their tissue pattern pieces are unprinted and marked with perforations identifying pattern piece and where darts, etc. are placed.- Dating vintage patterns can be tricky, especially mail order patterns. If the pattern is undated, I've used websites that identify decades by pattern envelope design and the style of the clothing.- I check the patterns I sell be be sure all pieces are included and provide pictures and description of the individual pattern.
