Description: All of the items are brand new and have not been inflated by me. Each balloon has been inflated at least once by the manufacturer to apply the print. The photos of the inflated balloons are not for sale - I partially inflated them simply to take the photos. The item you receive will not have been inflated. All items are rated to 36". They arrived as a loose bundle and have been individually bagged. Each loon will come in a separate, resealable bag. Since the balloons haven’t been inflated, I can’t speak to the quality of the latex. There could be inconsistencies in the balloon walls etc that may lead to popping when inflated. Additionally, there may be inconsistencies in the location / quality of the print. Some smudging or errant ink may be present. As this is the nature of printed balloons, and balloons in general, all sales are final. Items will ship in discreet packaging. Discounts are available for bulk purchases. CHOKING HAZARD – Children under 8 yrs. can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
