Description: Stunning 19th century toile textile! Fabulously detailed large scale print with peacock , instruments, flowers and wheat perched in the branches of a tree. Lovely Parian blue ground with grey cream and light straw colors. Wonderful mid to light weight cotton. Perfect for pillows, Framing, reference, reproduction, and the like. Condition: good for age and use! A number of small holes and one slightly larger, most can only really be noticed if held to the light, see last photos. One hand mend. Also just a few very light marks. Please see photos and use zoom as part of item description. Approximate measurements: 32" X 17" I do my best to accurately describe condition and point out major flaws, but condition is seldom perfect as one would expect from a 100 year old textile. Small marks and flaws should be expected. The timeworn look and signs of their unique history is part of what makes them so charming and special! ***Please ask questions before purchasing.*** Thank you for looking!
