We redid the thermal paste, helped a little but the computer has a motherboard issue. We changed the ram and ssd hard drive. That did not solve the issues. This laptop should be bought for parts and not to be an attempted repair and then sent back after you realized you couldn't fix it. If our parts seals are broken and return it there will be a restocking fee and a lot of bad noise. Missing a couple of screws from the bottom panel Thank you for understanding.
