Description: exact item shown, this Autek switch had a couple of damaged connectors, and (when I went to test it after changing the damaged connectors) a shorted diode (suppression diode) - it's all good now - works nicely to 150 MHz. I'm used to switches that go out to 18 GHz or more so I started out using a 20 GHz analyzer (that's the batch of yellow traces at the end of the photos_ ....Nope, not happy with that at all. So, I witched to an analyzer that covers 300KHz to 3 GHz and eventually had it stop at 900 MHz - that's the blue trace you see right after the photos of the switch. I put markers at interesting points, but it's getting significant ripple above 150 MHz, so I think that's a reasonable upper frequency - you can go farther if the ripple doesn't matter to you (and ripple = insertion loss, right?). I tested all ten poles but they all look identical so I only posted one blue photo. figure you could use this switch for much of the HF band but not UHF or above. Note to me: computer hutch, in bin 9 under printer shelfI normally ship within 24 hours of your order, but the post office does not always initiate tracking when I put the packages in the drop off box.
