Covers are patterned cloth, much like the the old "carpetbags" of the late 19th century. The patterned covers show some wear to corners/edges. There is a beveled mirror bell on front cover (wedding bell?) and 2 decorative hearts, one bearing the letter "B" and the other reading "Mother." Lovely decorative brass trim and decorative brass clasp that is in working condition. Photos of all internal contents have been provided. There is writing on many pages and some pages show old tape repairs. There is some cracking/tearing to rear cover hinge as shown in my photos. I AM SELLING THE ALBUM AS IS AND AS YOU SEE IT. iT DOES SHOW WEAR, BUT IS QUITE ATTRACTIVE AND UNUSUAL. Measures 8 1/4" X 10 1/2" X 2 1/2" thick. Contains 12 double-sided pages for photos.
