Description: The earliest Macs were shipped with a learning disk and cassette tape entitled “A Guided Tour of Macintosh”. Since the Mac was so revolutionary, introducing windows, a mouse, and other innovations to most microcomputer users, this program with accompanying audio cassette tape was a quick and easy way to learn how to use the Mac right out of the box. The program (690-5002-B) was tested on a 512k Mac in February 2024 and is fully functional; the main screen is shown in one of the photos. The disk and label are in very good shape with little sign of usage. The cassette tape (942-0387A) is still shrink-wrapped. To maintain it’s condition, it has not been tested; as a result, it’s authenticity is guaranteed but there is no way to be sure it still functions. Other cassettes that were stored in a similar environment do work properly. This product is being sold by original owner. It has been in smoke free, pet-free climate controlled storage for the past 30 plus years. All photos are of the actual items for sale; only the cassette and disk are included in your purchase (no Mac!) They are guaranteed 100% authentic. Feel free to ask any questions before buying. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Since the tape is untested, if you decide to open it, try it, and find it does not work, contact me and I will refund $30 of your purchase price - you keep both items. This refund offer is only good for 10 days after the product is shipped. Buyer pays for shipping.
