Mindset succeeds both because it touches on aspects of life so familiar to literally anyone who has ever used a smartphone as well as because its story will also appeal to and resonate with fans of Image's The Department of Truth, Netflix's Black Mirror and YouTube's The Why Files?, not to mention anyone who follows subjects like Elon Musk, Facebook, Artificial Intelligence, secret government programs like MK Ultra, or the latest news, movers and shakers out of California's Silicon Valley.
