Domestic Shipments: Packages are shipped via USPS or UPS to the lower 48 states. APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes and shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped strictly via USPS. Tracking information will be provided to you as soon as the item leaves our warehouse. International Shipments: All international orders are shipped via USPS. All International orders are subject to inspection and clearance through customs. We are not responsible for any taxes, duties or fees incurred. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packaging materials. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Please include a copy of your packing list with all returns. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returns must be pre-authorized by us and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited back to the same account/card used for initial payment. Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid UPS or USPS. Please insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging.
