Released in 1993, the GFA-2535 was actually two of their GFA-235's in a single chassis, with the flexibility to drive three or four channels!With individual level controls for precise control of each amp's volume, it's the ideal foundation for a surround sound theater system, or for a multi-room or multi-speaker audio system. A single switch on the GFA-2535's rear panel lets you select 4-channel operation, or bridge two of the channels for a 3-channel configuration. In the 3-channel mode, the GFA-2535 brings your home theater to life, delivering 200 watts of clean, distortion-free sound to the center channel, and 60 watts to each of the rear channels. We do offer free pick-up for paid items in the Denver metro area. Condition:This beautiful amp is in "Very Good" condition with minor signs of use and a nice, clean front panel. Aside from a few minor scuffs to the lid, the only other thing worth mentioning is just a small nick to the front panel as seen in the pics. All the original terminals are present and complete as are the feet and attached AC Cord. A new RCA Audio Cable is included. The manual has gone missing but no worries, it can be found online or we will send you the PDF file directly on request. Please inspect the pictures thoroughly for actual condition. Service:On inspection this unit was working, but after testing so many of these amps we have found many that have had rear panel controls that needed attention, so now all go to our tech for service. All pots were cleaned internally with Specialist Contact Cleaner (proven superior to DeoxIT by our customers). While open, all electrolytic caps were inspected for bulging or leakage and all PC boards were inspected with all questionable solder joints re-flowed. It's this kind of preventative servicing that makes it smart to buy from a company with an experienced, in-house technician.Testing:We set this up on our test bench and it passed with flying colors! It powered right up, pumping out a clear, distortion-free audio from all channels with no hum or buzz! All controls and features work correctly and all inputs and outputs have been confirmed working.
