She is a very well established one standing at 12" tall by 12" wide and leaves measure 4.5" long by 5" wide. Newer leaves are larger with a more pronounced variegations and some leaves have morphed into different shapes and patterns similar to a Pink Lava. She is so well rooted and acclimated that you don't have to stress about rooting her. You can just watch them grow larger and taller as they are also a fast grower.
