Inside the box, enclose a note supplying: your name, eBay nickname, return address, email, and phone number. 3. Contact us with the carrier and the tracking number.4. We will contact you once your parts have been received. We will confirm whether or not your parts can be rebuilt. 5. If we can rebuild your parts, we will notify you; then, you must go to our ad on eBay and click "Buy It Now".* 6.
