The case has some minor scratches, wear, and a small torn spot in the outer plastic (see photos) but is otherwise clean and undamaged. The art insert is clean with no stains or damage. The cartridge's front and back labels are clean with some minor scratches and wear. The cartridge shell is clean with some minor wear. I have personally cleaned this game's contacts with isopropyl alcohol and played it for about 15 minutes on my Genesis 2 using a Game Genie. It works perfectly, with no issues whatsoever. Please note that you will need a Japanese Megadrive, passthrough adapter for a Sega Genesis (such as a Game Genie), or a clone system to play this game.
