His head moves and his hands move and the chain of candy is draped over his hands, so it looks like he is swinging the chain. His clothes are clean and free of stains & tears. There is some glitter remnants on him. His hat has some soiling an dthe bell is attached with a safety pin.Standing he measures approximately 24" high.
