Description: This listing is for a vintage General Electric Wildcat portable record player. The item has been tested and works. The left speaker has been blown-out, so all volume has been directed to come out of the right speaker via the Balance control knob. The needle moves on its own to start and stop the record, so do NOT try to move it. The needle head needs to be replaced and the whole system needs to be cleaned up. Unlike most record players, this one has four speeds, which includes a 16 RPM. The knob on the metal piece is for selecting the size of the record so the needle knows how far to move before it moves down on the record.
